Hi Tobin!
Thanks for the suggestion, video would be great, step by step instruction (with a pause button!), I know that would certainly help me! My recipes rarely resemble the final photo in a book or online. Perhaps I am missing a step or two?
Do you have a favorite recipe site that currently uses video? If so, please share it with us.
Any other suggestions now that you have had the day to play?

YouTube has several partner channels such as: http://www.youtube.com/user/WilliamsSonoma
That have several recipe videos. Additionally, several independent vloggers use YouTube to share their recipes instead of writing them out. A quick search will pull up a ton of them! :) -

A great solution for this would be if you guys use VideoGenie to allow video interaction with members: http://www.videogenie.com/. (Full disclosure that I not only work at VideoGenie but also worked at Tellme with a couple of your Foodily folks!)
